Janice and her team went above and beyond to get my home sold under challenging circumstances. As I could not be in town for much of the process and there was much that needed to be done to prepare the home (i.e. estate sale, inspections, junk hauling), I relied on constant communications and Janice's team to assist me in being the "boots on the ground" for many key tasks in this process.Her local expertise and connections were also invaluable in navigating a dynamic market, many unknowns with the property, and sorting through different options during the home selling process. My trust in her paid off well as the process was smooth and the conclusion prove to be a mutually good outcome for all parties involved.

She is the local expert about everything (without exaggeration) going on in my local market (knows more people than I do in my neighborhood) and was equally knowledgeable regarding broader based real estate knowledge. More importantly, she was personable, always there for me, helpful doing favors since I (and SHE) had to sell my home remotely from out of state, while being truly professional. She is not pushy, is honest, and I could easily tell that prospective buyers loved her. She understands very well the negotiation process as I am very fond and experienced with negotiations myself.
